Before the chocolate mass is placed into the pouring machines, its other ingredients - broken almond nougat and honey - are mixed in. The pouring machines fill "peaked" molds with TOBLERONE chocolate. After the molded confection has been refrigerated to reach the proper degree of solidity, it is turned out. The now-finished TOBLERONE is first sealed in a layer of aluminum foil, and then enveloped in a printed cardboard package. |
